Operations command for high-change work

Give every rollout one place to ask, route, resolve, and learn.

Go Live Command is configurable for restaurants, clinics, retail locations, software systems, service teams, regulated operations, and any group coordinating a launch or operational change. Each client (and each project inside a firm) gets its own language, sites, areas, roles, routing rules, support teams, knowledge approvals, PM workspace, native app, and hash-chained audit trail.

Cross-industry setup

One command system for any business going through operational change.

Go Live Command adapts to the customer’s industry profile per-project. Restaurant terms, clinic terms, retail terms, healthcare terms, and software-rollout terms all map into the same setup, routing, escalation, and knowledge engine. A consulting firm can run a healthcare project, a retail project, and a software rollout from the same tenant — each with its own vertical-aware copy and policies.

Healthcare and EHR go-lives

ATE support, command centers, clinical-adjacent workflow help, IT/device routing, training, and regulated audit trails.

Clinics and ambulatory groups

Front desk, exam rooms, billing, lab, imaging, call center, access, and rollout support across many sites.

Restaurants and hospitality

POS, checkout, kitchen, staffing, inventory, and guest-service workflows backed by the restaurant operations board — order exceptions, KDS ticket-time, 86/prep inventory, multi-unit ops.

Retail and service operators

Store openings, register workflows, BOPIS/ship-from-store, returns, fitting-room, stockroom movement, and the retail operations board covering exceptions and SLA.

Malls and property operations

Tenant onboarding, security, facilities, housekeeping zones, loading dock scheduling, events, and vendor SLA — all backed by the persisted mall operations board.

Pharmacy operations

Queue management, inventory/recall/expiry, delivery handoffs, and workflow training on a pharmacy operations board with no PHI capture.

Airline station operations

Turnaround, IRROPs, baggage exceptions, crew swap, and station vendor SLA on the airline operations board for gate, ramp, and station teams.

Software, ERP, and process rollouts

Project activation, staff questions, support routing, known issue detection, knowledge approval, and cutover command.

Small businesses

A lightweight operations command layer without forcing the team into a heavy ticketing system.

Staff help portal

QR, PWA, kiosk, hotline, or assisted intake without sensitive identifiers.

Included in the platform

The subscription is the system, not just a login screen.

Self-serve setup is included in every plan. Optional guided onboarding is available when a customer wants hands-on implementation, configuration, imports, training, integrations, or regulated launch support.

Go Live Command operations core

Native cases, service catalog, SLAs, asset/location registry, tip sheets, cutover tasks, hash-chained audit trail, and optional bridges.

Go Live PM Hub

Tasks, milestones, risks, decisions, stakeholders, status reports, burndown, critical path, saved views, custom fields, time tracking, approvals, and a swipe-native kanban for PMs working from a phone.

Industry Operations Boards

Persisted, role-aware boards for restaurant order exceptions and 86 lists, retail BOPIS and stockroom flow, mall tenant ops and loading dock, pharmacy queue and recall/expiry, and airline turnaround and IRROPs. Vendor-specific adapters (Toast, DoorDash, Uber, Shopify, Square, Clover, TikTok Shop, Yardi, MRI, SITA, Amadeus, Sabre, ScriptPro, McKesson) are labeled “Planned” or “Provider Approval Needed” until credentials and contracts exist. The live integration path today is a generic signed commerce webhook.

Group Chat

Multi-scope chats — project, site, department, team, DM, and custom — with per-org configurable creator roles, @mentions with push, reactions, attachments (5MB cap, no PHI), and configurable retention windows.

Workforce Lifecycle Suite

Self-service time clock, schedules, open-shift claims, timesheet corrections, expense capture (no payment-card data), recognition awards, operational surveys with anonymous-friendly options, and worker credentials with a review workflow. PII redaction applies to reasons and vendors for users without manage_schedule.

Self-serve operating setup

Configure business type, clients, sites, areas, roles, teams, routing rules, and QR/PWA access.

Staff help portal

QR, PWA, kiosk, intranet, hotline, and assisted intake in five languages (English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin) without sensitive identifiers.

Command center

Live queue, dispatch, escalation, huddles, issue clusters, handoffs, broadcasts, and role-based work views.

Credential-aware routing

Route by assignment, role, training gate, department/zone, shift, proximity, workload, and escalation rules.

Answer Hub

Peer responses become scored, synthesized, approved guidance before being pushed to users or the knowledge base — never raw chat to staff.

Native mobile + push

Native app shell with secure push tokens, presence, and a phone-first PM/queue experience for ATEs, floats, and field PMs. Available on request for client deployment.

Knowledge and training

Approved guidance, drafts, micro-training support, usage tracking, and multilingual staff resources.

Training Center

Modules, assignments, and quiz grading with short-text questions that lack an answer key auto-scored at zero pending instructor review. Activation cross-writes to project assignment so credential/training gates apply to routing immediately.

Compliance posture

Operational-text guards on every write path, hash-chained audit log, attachment domain allowlist with retention windows, fail-closed platform-owner auth, and a production-readiness gate that pings real transports before declaring “ready.”

Integrations and automation

Connectors for SSO, Stripe, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Slack, scheduling, workforce tools, webhooks, and rule-based automations.

Owner and partner systems

Platform-owner analytics, pricing controls, referral partner dashboards, commission ledger, Stripe payouts, and payout-readiness workflow.

Org structure that matches reality

Three sides of a rollout. One platform that keeps them separate.

Most launch work is a triangle — a consulting firm, a client organization, and a frontline staff base. Go Live Command separates org-level authority (OWNER, ADMIN, MEMBER, GUEST on an organization) from per-project assignment (the role you play on a specific go-live), so a firm admin can invite the first client admin without ever inheriting client data. Invitations go out as magic links, expire on a schedule, can be revoked or resent without leaving the admin console, and the entire flow is audit-logged end-to-end.

Consulting firm running a client's go-live

Firm admins invite their PMs and ATEs into the firm's org, then bootstrap the first client admin into the hospital or operator's org. After acceptance, the client invites their own roster — the firm never inherits client membership.

Hospital or operator running their own rollout with a PM consultant

The internal admin invites their staff into their own org and brings the consultant in as a project-scoped guest. The consultant sees only that project's roster and PM data; their access ends when the assignment ends.

Internal IT team running their own go-live

One organization, no client side. IT leadership invites their own team — admin, members, and project-scoped guests for vendors or contractors.

Built for buyers who audit vendors

Compliance isn't a checkbox. It's a posture.

Regulated buyers want to know what happens when something goes wrong: how PHI gets kept out, how an audit trail proves itself, how attachments don't become an attack surface, and what the platform refuses to do when configuration is missing. Here's what ships by default — not as add-ons.

Operational-text guards on every write path

Tasks, comments, risks, decisions, stakeholder notes, time entries, request-close notes, and knowledge tracking all run through a sensitive-identifier filter before persisting.

Hash-chained audit log

Every important action lands in a tamper-evident audit log with periodic anchoring. Exports include the verification chain so a regulated buyer can prove integrity end-to-end.

Attachment policy per project

Domain allowlist (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Box, Figma, GitHub, Loom…), blocked executables and macro-bearing files, configurable retention window, and a soft-delete audit trail. The 5MB cap applies to Group Chat attachments and the same no-PHI rule is enforced.

No-PHI staff intake

Frontline staff submit requests via QR / PWA / kiosk / hotline without entering identifiers — the platform captures role, unit, category, and operational context only.

No-PHI, no-payment-card boundaries on industry boards

Restaurant, retail, mall, pharmacy, and airline operations boards capture operational context only — no PHI, no payment-card data, no badge or password material. Workforce expense capture is operational-only and never records card numbers. The same guards apply to the commerce webhook bridge and any future provider adapters.

Fail-closed platform-owner auth

In production with no allowlist, all platform-owner access is refused and audit-logged. Dev-only fallbacks never apply.

Production-readiness gate

/api/health verifies real transports — Redis pings, S3 object-lock probes, Resend domain status, SSO, signed staff intake, error capture — before reporting “ready.” No “integration row exists, so we're good.”

Optional guided onboarding

For customers who want Go Live Command to help configure the rollout.

Every plan includes self-serve setup. The optional onboarding range is for hands-on implementation services when a customer wants us to prepare their environment, imports, access, workflows, integrations, and launch handoff with them.

Client and project setup

Configure the customer organization, project profile, business type, launch dates, timezone, and operating labels.

Locations and layouts

Import sites, buildings, departments, areas, floors, zones, map coordinates, and floor-layout data.

Roles and routing

Set up roles, custom permissions, support teams, routing rules, escalation paths, float coverage, and workload limits.

Roster onboarding

Import users and rosters, activate assignments, send magic-link invites, and prepare training or credential gates.

Staff access launch

Configure QR/PWA/help links, portal language, intake forms, kiosk/WOW access, and approved staff entry points.

Optional bridges

Go Live Command runs natively first. Connect SSO, Stripe, scheduling, workforce systems, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Teams, Slack, or webhooks when credentials are available.

Compliance and security

Set up audit exports, security posture, regulated launch controls, attachment policy, and documentation support for healthcare or other regulated clients.

Training and handoff

Train admins, validate workflows, run launch-readiness checks, and hand off operating playbooks before go-live.

Different users, different dashboards

Every role sees the part of the operation they actually own.

The app is not one generic dashboard. It separates platform ownership, org ownership, client administration, project management, command center work, field support, frontline intake, and partner revenue tracking. Each role has a tailored navigation, a tailored set of writes, and a permission boundary that's enforced server-side.

Platform owner

Pricing, customers, engagement, AI fair-use posture, partner program, commissions, and app-wide governance.

Firm or org owner

Projects, users, roles, setup, dashboards, audit, custom access, and cross-project analytics.

Client admin

Client-side setup, roster, intake forms, staff access, project health, and operational reporting.

Project managers + command leads

The full Go Live PM Hub on desktop — tasks, risks, decisions, stakeholders, status reports, burndown, critical path, saved views, and a phone-native kanban + risk list in the field.

Command center

Live queue, escalations, clusters, broadcasts, huddles, routing, analytics, and handoff control.

Field support and floats

Native app + push notifications, assigned zones, workload, expertise-based routing, and answer contribution.

Referral partner

Own dashboard for referred clients, pipeline, commission ledger, payout readiness, and Stripe/manual payout status.

Affordable against stitched-together tools

AI-assisted operations included, without credit anxiety.

Every plan includes the core platform plus fair-use AI assistance. Routing, audit, self-serve setup, QR intake, escalation, PM workspace, and dashboards continue working even if AI assistance is limited, queued, or downgraded for extreme usage. Guided onboarding is optional for customers who want Go Live Command to configure the rollout with them.
